We are happy to share the news of signing the 60 years Lease Deed of our Navi Mumbai Samudaya Bhavan. The registration has now been successfully completed at the Navi Mumbai Sub-Registrar Office.

This important milestone was achieved under the strong leadership of our President, Shri Harish G. Amin, with the presence and guidance of our Secretary, Shri Harish G. Salian. We also offer special thanks to Shri Chandrahas Palan for his continuous support and timely advice. His guidance and coordination with CIDCO and the Registrar’s Office helped us complete the documentation smoothly, within the expected time and cost.

It is very satisfying to see this project officially completed and legally secured.

This is a great achievement by our President and his dedicated team and a proud moment for every Billawa.
