A heartwarming moment unfolded at Shri Narayana Guru School, Padubelle, a proud unit of The Billawar Association, Mumbai, as the school received a brand-new TATA Starbus Prime donated by Reliance Foundation under its CSR initiative. The School Bus Handing Over Ceremony, held on Friday, 19th June 2026 at 10:30 AM, was a celebration of community spirit, gratitude, and shared commitment to education.

The event was graced by distinguished guests Shri Dayananda C. Kotian, Senior General Manager – Customs Clearance and Operations, Reliance Industries Ltd., Shri Jayantha Poojary, Chartered Accountant and Vice President, Reliance Retail Ltd., Mumbai. & Shri Prashant Jain of  Reliance. Their inspiring words encouraged students to pursue education with dedication, respect their elders, and grow into responsible citizens and strong pillars of society.

Presiding over the ceremony was Shri Mohan C. Kotian, Vice President of The Billawar Association, Mumbai. The presence of school committee members, parents, teachers, and students added warmth and enthusiasm to the occasion, reflecting the collective support for educational progress.

The program began with a heartfelt welcome by Headmaster Shri Raghavendra Salian, followed by graceful anchoring by teachers Veena Nayak and Deeksha. The event concluded with a sincere vote of thanks by Mrs. Usha S., Headmistress of the Kannada Medium High School, expressing deep appreciation to Reliance Foundation and all contributors who made this noble initiative possible.
